Ethos seeks an experienced executive communications director to craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks. You’ll work on keynote decks, conference talks, CEO narratives, and speech-to-slide alignment, shaping materials for earnings calls and thought leadership.

Remote, flexible schedule with 5–20 hours per week; start ASAP. 4+ years in executive communications or speechwriting required; strong PowerPoint craftsmanship and impeccable writing needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in executive communications or speechwriting for senior leaders.
• Portfolio of keynotes or executive presentations delivered at significant venues.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for keynote and conference settings.
• Develop CEO narratives and ensure speech-to-slide alignment across materials.
• Support earnings call materials and thought leadership presentations.
