Ethos is seeking experienced chiefs of staff to the CEO to help train and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows. You will own board decks, executive communications, and strategic materials while working remotely on flexible hours.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years supporting C-suite executives and demonstrate expert-level PowerPoint craftsmanship with meticulous written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as chief of staff to the CEO supporting C-level executives
• Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (board decks, executive materials, all-hands, strategic plans, QBRs, CEO communications).
• Drive quality and consistency of presentations for high-level meetings and investor updates.
