Job summary

Everymind at Work seeks an organised Event Marketing & Comms Lead for a maternity cover contract. The role focuses on online and in-person B2B events, with monthly roundtables, quarterly London events, and webinars. You will own event lifecycle from speaker coordination to follow‑up emails, ensuring on-brand communications and strong attendance.

Part-time, 2 days/week, Oct 19th onward; reports to Senior Sales, Marketing Manager. Pro rata salary £15,200 p.a. and UK travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or communications.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (CRM logging, lists, email sequences).
• Strong CRM maintenance skills with accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent written communication for engaging copywriting.
• Experience creating and managing event landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly roundtables, including invites, pre-event comms and coordination.
• Oversee quarterly in-person events: invites, RSVP process and venue logistics.
• Set up monthly webinars: landing pages, promotional emails, speaker coordination.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and attendee activity in HubSpot.
• Coordinate with Senior Manager for approvals via Monday.com.
