Job summary

iO Associates is seeking an ERP Integration Architect to join a global engineering team, focusing on enterprise integrations and hands-on development. The role involves building integrations between ServiceNow, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications, with proficiency in REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and containerized environments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on engineering role building integrations and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of XML/JSON and messaging standards.
• Experience with ERP integrations and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages listed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow, ERP systems and other enterprise applications.
• Develop custom integration components where off-the-shelf tooling isn’t sufficient.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with XML, JSON and enterprise messaging standards.
• Integrate cloud platforms with legacy Windows and Linux applications.
• Troubleshoot complex integration, application and compatibility issues.
• Develop reusable components and services.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams and customers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to AI-driven integration initiatives where appropriate.
• Produce clear technical documentation and follow best practices.
