Job summary

Zone & Co, a global fully remote fintech implementation partner, is seeking a Functional Consultant to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specs, and collaborate with technical teams to configure solutions within ERP ecosystems.

You will lead product demonstrations, provide training, and support customers through testing, deployments, and enhancements while staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably in ERP/CRM.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages such as German and/or French a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Assist in the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet requirements and are error-free.
• Provide ongoing support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the domain.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met and expectations are managed.
• Document processes, configurations, and customisations for future reference.
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development.
