Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced equity research analysts to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible role requires 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with hands-on DCF, comps, and LBO work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop and validate DCF analyses, trading comps, and LBO models to support investment decisions.
• Prepare clear, concise memos and reports for institutional stakeholders.
