Job summary

Omnes Healthcare Ltd is seeking a GMC-registered ENT consultant to provide remote clinical input for ENT and audiology referrals. The role involves triaging referrals via e-RS/SystmOne, delivering high-quality Advice and Guidance, and supporting KPI targets while ensuring patient safety.

You will review investigations, perform harm reviews as needed, and coordinate with the MDT to deliver timely, evidence-based management with strong governance and documentation in line with NHS pathways.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• ENT consultant-level experience enabling independent remote decision-making.
• Experience with referral triage and delivering NHS e-RS/A&G.
• Ability to interpret investigations and imaging for safe management.
• Strong written communication and documentation.
• Experience using electronic clinical record systems and governance.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Triage referrals via e-RS/SystmOne to determine urgency and pathway.
• Provide timely A&G responses with clear recommendations.
• Support contract KPIs by prioritising workload and tracking delivery.
• Review diagnostics and imaging, document next steps.
• Complete harm reviews for patients waiting in service.
• Audiology follow-up planning and discharge/advice.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in digital platforms.
• Communicate with referrers, managers and MDT with outputs.
• Uphold governance, safeguarding, and information governance.
