Job summary

Omnes Healthcare in Gravesend is seeking a Consultant ENT to join our outpatient service. Full-time or part-time roles available; self-employed contracts also considered.

You will deliver high-quality ENT outpatient care in a community clinic setting, aligning with governance standards. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, developing patient pathways, and driving efficiency and sustainable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• Extensive ENT outpatient experience, including paediatric ENT.
• Ability to manage routine ENT conditions independently in a community clinic setting.
• Experience in service development, pathway optimisation, and improving operational efficiency.
• Commitment to patient safety, governance and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality outpatient ENT services in line with clinical best practice and governance standards
• Work collaboratively with the ENT Lead and report to the Service Manager (Operations) to manage all aspects of the ENT service in line with agreed objectives
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of patient pathways, improving access, outcomes, and patient experience
• Support service efficiency by driving best practice in performance management and financial sustainability
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, implement innovative ways of working, and improve service delivery
• Lead, motivate, and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve maximum efficiency and high standards of care

Role Requirements
