Apprentify is seeking a Business Development Manager (Remote) for a UK clean energy supplier. You will run high-volume demos, surface gaps with current suppliers, and progress opportunities within an established system alongside senior Directors.

Ideal candidates are early in their sales career, coachable, curious, and motivated by an ambitious activity target. The role is remote with monthly meetups in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Second or third sales role, ambitious and upward trajectory.
• Coachable but disciplined to a structured sales system.
• Genuine hunger to engage with a high volume of customers and meaningful conversations.
• Curious by nature, asks questions that surface pain points.
• No energy industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Run a high volume of customer demos and conversations in early days.
• Identify gaps in a prospect's current energy supplier and surface bigger opportunities.
• Operate within an established sales system, proposition, and technology platform.
• Learn the energy market quickly with training provided.
• Progress opportunities with pace, curiosity, and commercial instinct alongside senior Directors.
