Job summary

KMA Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join their niche practice. The successful candidate will handle a broad spectrum of employment law for employers and individuals, including contentious matters in tribunals and the High Court, as well as non-contentious exit-packages work.

Applicants should have 5–15 years PQE, be comfortable with a fully remote setup, and enjoy a generous bonus structure. Full-time is preferred, with a 4-day week also considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years PQE in employment law.
• Up to 15 years PQE encouraged to apply.
• Fully remote role with a benefits package including bonus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a full range of employment law matters for both employers and individuals.
• Represent in Employment Tribunal and the High Court as required.
• Provide non-contentious advice on exit packages for senior executives.
