Job summary

KMA Legal Recruitment is partnering with a niche employment law practice seeking an experienced employment lawyer. The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising on exit packages for senior executives and matters in the Employment Tribunal and High Court.

The role is fully remote, with a flexible full-time arrangement or 4-day week. They require a minimum of 5 years PQE (up to 15 years welcomed) and offer an excellent benefits package including a

• Minimum 5 years PQE in employment law
• Experience advising both employer and individual clients
• Experience with Employment Tribunal and High Court
• Willingness to work fully remotely
• Full-time preferred, with 4 days a week also considered

Job description

A niche employment law practice are seeking a talented employment lawyer to join them.

The firm advise on a full range of employment law matters advising both employer and individual clients. They act on contentious matters in the Employment Tribunal and the High Court as well as advising on non-contentious matters including advising senior executives on exit packages.

Due to expansion the firm are seeking an experienced employment lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE. Employment lawyers with up to 15 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will work fully-remotely and an excellent benefits package is on offer including a lucrative bonus scheme.

Full-time is preferred but 4 days a week would also be considered.
