Job summary

The Portfolio Group is seeking an experienced Litigation Consultant specialising in employment law to join our field-based UK team. The role involves managing claims in Employment Tribunals across the locality with some UK travel, and working from home where appropriate.

The successful candidate will be legally qualified, confident and articulate, with direct Employment Law experience and advocacy skills. You will collaborate with the employment law advisory service, the Litigation Executive

Qualifications

• Confident, articulate and legally qualified.
• Direct employment law experience.
• Advocacy experience in employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Review claims in Employment Tribunal with Litigation Executive.
• Represent clients in Tribunals and hearings.
• Prepare cases, drafts, disclosures, and bundles.
• Assess cases and identify risks and costs for clients.
• Represent client interests and present legal arguments.
