Job summary

Solta Medical, part of Bausch Health, is seeking a Professional Affairs Manager (EMEA) to develop and execute a comprehensive professional education strategy for our skin tightening and resurfacing technologies. You will bridge clinical expertise, commercial objectives and customer success to deliver high-quality training and ongoing clinical support across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MD, PhD, MSc, MBA, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or related field).
• 7+ years of experience in medical devices, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related healthcare sectors.
• Experience developing and managing professional education programs across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of energy-based aesthetic technologies, skin tightening, skin resurfacing, and aesthetic treatment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the EMEA professional education strategy aligned with regional commercial objectives.
• Design scalable educational pathways for onboarding, advanced user development, and expert-level clinical mastery.
• Collaborate with Global Professional Affairs to adapt global educational content to local market needs.
