Job summary

FM Conway is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to keep our Aggregate and Asphalt plants operating safely and efficiently across Erith, Heathrow, Reading, Theale, Aldershot, Croydon and Newhaven. You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, diagnose faults, and support projects while travelling between sites.

The role requires Level 3 electrical qualification, City & Guilds 2330, and 18th Edition knowledge, plus a full UK driving licence. HV authorisation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in an electrical discipline.
• City & Guilds 2330 (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical and mechanical plant.
• Diagnose faults and perform electrical installations and improvements.
• Ensure safe work per electrical regs and LOTOTO procedures.
• Maintain electrical compliance records and schedules.
• Support projects, installations, upgrades and commissioning.
• Travel between sites for maintenance and breakdown response.
• Supervise contractors and mentor apprentices.
• Complete maintenance records and risk assessments.
• Promote health and safety culture.
