Job summary

Apleona GmbH in London is seeking a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to travel between two sites, delivering planned preventative maintenance and handling reactive faults. The role emphasizes electrical works with flexibility for related tasks across building services and site infrastructure.

The position requires an Level 3 electrical qualification with 18th Edition and experience in FM environments. Hours are 40 per week, with corporate benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• Knowledge of Building Services - BMS, Fire Alarm preferable.
• Maintenance and Cleaning of FCU's.
• Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general fabric tasks desirable.
• Working on and managing PPMS from CAFM system.
• FM industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance across client sites.
• Perform reactive fault finding, repairs and installations as required.
• Maintain, repair and install assets around site infrastructure.
• Work with building services and site teams to ensure compliance.
• Develop good working relationships with client, customers and colleagues.
