Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Electrical Engineering Expert (AI Training) to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. You will design challenging electrical engineering problems, author detailed ground-truth solutions, and audit AI outputs for accuracy and safety.

This fully remote, flexible hourly contract lets you contribute to frontier AI research on your own schedule. Applicants should hold or be pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field with strong

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge across EE domains such as circuit analysis, power electronics, and control systems.
• Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely in writing.
• Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation.
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging problems across EE domains to rigorously test AI performance.
• Author ground-truth solutions with detailed, step-by-step explanations.
• Audit AI outputs for technical accuracy, safety, and engineering standards.
• Sharpen AI reasoning by identifying gaps and providing structured feedback.
