Qualifications

• The candidate holds a PhD or is in final stages in Applied Physics or closely related field.
• Strong command of classical mechanics, electrodynamics, statistical and quantum mechanics.
• Ability to explain complex phenomena and derivations in clear English.
• Attention to units, notation, dimensional analysis, and proof structure.

Responsibilities

• Design PhD-level physics problems spanning QM, electrodynamics, thermodynamics, and classical mechanics.
• Author definitive, step-by-step solutions with verified constants and units.
• Audit AI-generated reasoning for adherence to physical laws.
• Provide expert feedback to improve physics-informed AI reasoning.
• Work independently on a flexible remote schedule.
