Job summary

Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced EC&I Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team delivering capital projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role covers front end concept design through commissioning of electrical, control, automation and instrumentation systems, with a focus on safety and industry standards.

Ideally you have five years in industrial automation, experience with LV electrical design, P&IDs, schematics and SCADA/HMI integration, and

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic or Control & Instrumentation engineering.
Minimum 5 years in industrial automation or process industries.
Experience designing electrical and control systems in industrial environments.
Working knowledge of PLC-based control systems (understanding).
Ability to read P&IDs and electrical schematics; produce engineering documents.

Responsibilities

Lead front end/concept design, implementation and commissioning of electrical, control and instrumentation systems.
Deliver projects safely and in line with client specs and industry standards.
Collaborate across disciplines to optimise automation and process control.
