You will manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results while coordinating with clients, creative teams, developers, and strategists.

This is a fully remote role supporting clients across diverse regions. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of agency experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with PM tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital project management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience managing web design, development, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Proficient with PM software like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing and web projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage client communication and provide regular updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Oversee CMS implementations and website development.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
