Kendal Nutricare Ltd. is seeking a highly creative Digital Media Designer to own paid digital media creative across our global markets, delivering compelling visuals for web, CRM, and display campaigns.

This fully remote role places you at the center of fast-paced production with international teams in the UK, USA, Canada and Mexico. You’ll lead high-volume creative output, edit video content at pace, and apply strategic storytelling to optimise performance while maintaining strict brand

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating paid digital media for large campaigns.
• Strong video editing skills and a strategic storytelling mindset.
• Familiarity with across-market adaptation and platform specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid digital media creative across global markets.
• Produce high-volume creative output for A/B testing and campaigns.
• Edit, grade, and produce video creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Conduct creative testing and optimisation using performance data.
• Adapt assets for regional requirements and platform specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to align with objectives.
• Maintain organisation of assets with Asana, Slack, and design systems in Figma.
• Maintain brand consistency while testing new directions and ideas.
