Job summary

Lithia UK is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own content strategy, oversee organic search and local listings for leading UK automotive brands. You will drive content production, editorial standards and performance reporting while partnering with agencies and internal teams to optimise the customer journey.

Based remotely with bi-weekly meetings at Lithia House (Annesley, Nottingham) and occasional supplier meetings, you will impact visibility, traffic and conversion across sites through

Qualifications

• Strong digital marketing experience with content strategy
• Experience managing website content at scale across multiple brands
• Excellent understanding of SEO best practices including local search
• Comfortable using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Botify, Screaming Frog, Sistrix
• Experience working with external agencies and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Own the website content strategy and production for Lithia UK's brands
• Lead end-to-end content production from briefing to publication
• Maintain editorial standards and brand voice across sites
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned to campaigns and launches
• Drive the organic search strategy to increase visibility, traffic and leads
• Define and deliver SEO initiatives: technical SEO, content optimization and local search
• Manage local listings across the dealer network via Yext
• Collaborate with website, UX and platform teams on releases and migrations
• Use GA4, GSC and SEO tools to measure success and make recommendations
• Liaise with suppliers and agencies to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Influence future content and SEO roadmap and explore AI solutions
• Deliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
