Job summary

MPS in the United Kingdom is recruiting a QC Operator to uphold the highest standards for Digital Cinema content across master, encode, and distribution workflows.

You will act as the final quality gate for features, trailers, and showreels, applying strict QC procedures, diagnosing issues, and communicating findings clearly to technical and non-technical teammates. Office-based with potential hybrid arrangements in a fast-paced post-production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Cinema QC and post-production environments.
• Ability to deliver time-critical projects.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC checks on DCPs and broadcast content.
• Ensure compliance with QC procedures and DCI standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with precision.
• Communicate QC findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Escalate critical issues to the QC Manager and Senior QC Operator.
