You’ll work on real-time timekeeping, offline-first data pipelines, and privacy-conscious telemetry, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to ship reliable features for a globally distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production-grade desktop apps with Electron.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience designing cross-platform MacOS and Windows applications.
• Hands-on with real-time tracking or activity monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with OS-level APIs for capturing user/system interactions.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization in desktop environments.
• Strong debugging skills and handling edge cases in distributed/offline systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve a cross-platform desktop agent using Electron.js.
• Build real-time timekeeping systems with precise event tracking and background execution.
• Design system-level signal collection with privacy and efficiency guarantees.
• Develop offline-first data pipelines with background sync and conflict resolution.
• Integrate with distributed backend services and internal APIs for analytics.
• Improve runtime performance, memory efficiency, and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship productivity features.
