Job summary

Veeva Business Consulting is seeking a Data Scientist to design and scale advanced analytics solutions for Life Sciences customers across Europe. You will harmonize Veeva Data Cloud with European healthcare data assets and apply ML models to answer strategic business questions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions, document methodologies, and ensure scalable, transparent results in a fast-moving consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning, preferably in Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders and drive pragmatic solution design.
• Strong technical expertise across Python, SQL, advanced analytics, ML and AI, with ability to design and implement predictive models.
• Experience writing process documentation, technical specifications, and data collection guidelines for scalability and repeatability.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and scale advanced analytics solutions for Life Sciences customers across European markets.
• Process, harmonize, and connect Veeva Data Cloud products with diverse European healthcare data assets.
• Develop and apply statistical methodologies, ML, and AI models to solve high-impact business questions.
• Build and design HCP precision engagement engines integrated with CRM data for data-driven targeting and activation.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, operations, and consultants to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions.
