Job summary

Veeva Business Consulting is seeking a Data Scientist to design and scale advanced analytics for Life Sciences across European markets. You will integrate Veeva Data Cloud with diverse healthcare data and apply ML models to solve strategic business questions.

You will collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and consultants to deliver end-to-end analytics, maintain robust data methodologies, and ensure defensible, scalable solutions across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning roles within Life Sciences/healthcare analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical expertise across Python, SQL, advanced analytics, ML/AI, with predictive modeling experience.
• Experience writing process documentation, technical specifications, and data collection guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and scale advanced analytics solutions for Life Sciences customers across European markets
• Process, harmonize, and connect Veeva Data Cloud products with diverse European healthcare data assets
• Develop and apply statistical methodologies, machine learning, and AI models for high-impact business questions
• Build HCP precision engagement engines connecting healthcare datasets with CRM data for personalized targeting
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, operations, and consultants to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions
• Maintain documentation of data methodologies, model architectures, and validation processes
