Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking an experienced Data Protection Administrator to support a short-term assignment. The role focuses on processing SARs and backlog management in a fully remote setting, with immediate start date and a 2-4 week duration.

You will handle a high volume of requests, maintain tracking logs, and liaise with stakeholders to gather necessary information to progress cases efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience processing Subject Access Requests (SARs).
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise workload effectively.
• Experience maintaining trackers and administrative records.
• Confident communicating with stakeholders across different business areas.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing SARs in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Working through an existing backlog of SAR requests.
• Managing a shared inbox and responding to SAR-related enquiries.
• Maintaining and updating request tracking logs and reporting tools.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and IT teams to gather required information.
• Reviewing requests and advising on information required to progress cases.
• Supporting the end-to-end SAR process to ensure requests are completed within required timescales.
