Job summary

Free-Work in the United Kingdom is seeking a Data Migration Analyst with 3–5 years of data analysis experience to support data migration to NetSuite edERP. You will help ensure data quality and assist with extraction processes.

You will review legacy data for issues, coordinate with users to resolve them, and participate in at least two major data migration projects while applying ETL practices and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience of systems implementation.
• Experience with extraction & cleansing of legacy data.
• Involvement in at least 2 major data migration projects.
• Strong Excel skills and ETL data migration methodology.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Migration Lead in migrating legacy data to NetSuite edERP per project plan.
• Review legacy data for quality issues: missing fields, coherence, valid formatting.
• Coordinate with users to resolve data quality issues.
• Perform data extractions from legacy system into Excel for migration.
• Liaise with schools during data preparation and ensure safeguarding compliance.
