Job summary

NES Fircroft Engineering Services seeks a CIS/SCI Integration & Post-Migration Stabilisation Data Engineer for a 12-month remote contract. The role focuses on repointing dependencies, stabilising pipelines and reducing legacy debt across CIS/SCI platforms.

Required hands-on Databricks, SQL, Python/PySpark ETL/ELT migration, data validation and production troubleshooting with L2-L3 support. AWS/Azure and CI/CD familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Databricks, SQL and Python/PySpark ETL/ELT skills.
• Experience with data-pipeline migration from legacy to cloud environments.
• Production troubleshooting, error handling and data validation practices.
• Informatica/SSIS/Legacy ETL and interface work is advantageous.
• AWS or Azure cloud and CI/CD tooling are beneficial.
