Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Sr Data Scientist/Engineer for a 12‑month contract with remote work. You will lead efforts on govern ed customer identity hierarchy, improved spine architecture, and model-based matching where deterministic rules fall short.

You will implement a reusable identity-resolution framework with strong focus on data quality and governance. The role requires MLOps, feature stores, and mastery of identity management concepts to reduce drift and deliver reliable matching results

Qualifications

• Must have experience with graph/entity-resolution techniques.
• Experience with record linkage and fuzzy matching.
• Proficiency in ML-based identity resolution and MLOps.
• Knowledge of feature stores and customer master data management (MDM).
• Understanding of governed customer identity hierarchy and spines.
• Ability to implement model-based matching where deterministic rules fail.
• Familiarity with matching-quality metrics and Golden Layer integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead DS/Platform Engineer efforts to govern customer identity hierarchy.
• Improve customer-spine architecture and reusable identity-resolution framework.
• Develop and apply model-based matching where rules are insufficient.
• Quantify matching quality and integrate Golden Layer components.
• Reduce identity drift and ensure governance across identity data.
