The Data and AI Solutions Group Lead is responsible for leading and developing one or more globally distributed teams of Data and AI professionals focused on delivering innovative solutions that create business value across UL Solutions.
This is a remote leadership opportunity that can be based in Ireland, UK, Spain, Netherlands or Poland.

The role oversees team members across multiple geographic regions and time zones, including the Americas and Europe.

As a people-first leader, you will be accountable for building high-performing teams, developing talent, fostering a culture of trust and accountability, and enabling teams to operate with a high degree of autonomy. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into practical delivery outcomes while ensuring teams continue to grow in capability, maturity, and impact.
