Job summary

Comley Jones is seeking a D365 Business Central Support Consultant to join an established Microsoft Partner. You will provide high-quality 1st/2nd line support, troubleshoot complex BC issues and guide customers through best practices.

The role is predominantly remote with occasional visits to the South of England office. You will collaborate with customers, consultants and technical teams to resolve issues and maximise value from Business Central.

Qualifications

• Solid experience supporting D365 Business Central.
• Previous experience with a Microsoft Dynamics Partner is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of BC functionality and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues
• Work directly with customers to understand and troubleshoot problems
• Manage support tickets through to resolution
• Escalate more complex issues where appropriate
• Liaise with development and consultancy teams to resolve technical issues
• Provide guidance and best-practice advice to customers
• Assist with system configuration and troubleshooting
• Maintain clear and accurate support documentation
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
