Coalition, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Underwriter to actively generate profitable business from brokers and partner with the Sales organization. You will underwrite Coalition’s Cyber and Technology PI solutions with a customer-centric approach, educating brokers and customers on protection strategies.

This is a remote opportunity based in the UK, with travel to broker partners and clients as part of the role. Strong underwriting, sales, and relationship-building skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-line underwriting experience in Cyber/Technology PI security
• Ability to work independently within current underwriting authority
• ACII designation preferred
• Strong sales, communication and marketing skills; able to manage tight time frames and high volumes
• Proficient in risk analysis for Technology Cyber insurance
• Knowledge of policy issuance and processing workflows
• Ability to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual production goals
• Negotiation, relationship-building and influencing skills with a creative approach

Responsabilités

• Work closely with sales and product staff to assess cyber products and capabilities.
• Work with the Sales organization, execute strategies specific to technology and cyber insurance, and develop and manage key strategic relationships to achieve production and profit targets.
• Identify new customers through effective pipelining, pre-qualification, and territory analysis/management.
• Exhibit an understanding of the local cyber insurance marketplace and Coalition’s capabilities within the geography, and corporate vision.
• Develop and execute recommendations to profitably capture market share across assigned geography.
• Travel as needed for territory visits and broker/client gatherings; in-person marketing with broker partners.
• Deliver profitable growth through underwriting cyber and technology risks within personal authority and Coalition underwriting guidelines.
