You'll work independently with digital tools, handle inquiries via email/phone, maintain client records, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate bookings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across email, phone and chat.

• Comfortable using online systems and customer support tools.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment with discipline.
