Job summary

The Alliance is seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant Customer Success team. You’ll be the primary contact for members, handling inquiries with a focus on quality and timely resolutions.

Location flexibility includes remote work from anywhere in the UK or a hybrid setup at our London office. Benefits include 34 days of annual leave and a birthday off to celebrate you.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and a calm, customer-first approach.
• Experience with Intercom, Zendesk or similar support platforms (AI agents preferred).
• Forward-thinking, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of contact for members via email and ticketing system, delivering timely, friendly responses.
• Escalate issues appropriately to keep workflow smooth.
• Maintain a clean inbox and manage multiple tickets and deadlines.
• Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our AI agent and its responses.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Education, Product and other teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Contribute to FAQs, support docs and internal feedback loops to improve the service.
• Utilise Intercom to manage tickets and provide feedback for experience improvements.
