Job summary

The Alliance is seeking a detail-driven Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant Customer Success team. You will be the primary contact for our members via email and our ticketing system, delivering timely, friendly, and helpful responses.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the UK or hybrid from our London office, supporting AI agent improvements and knowledge base management to continually enhance the member experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and a customer-first approach.
• Experience with Intercom or Zendesk and AI agents.
• Forward-thinking, detail-oriented and proactive in problem solving.
• Able to work remotely within the UK or in a hybrid London office.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of contact for members via email and our ticketing system.
• Escalate where appropriate to keep things moving smoothly.
• Stay organized across multiple tickets, deadlines and priorities.
• Support the ongoing maintenance and improvements of our AI agent.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Education, Product and other departments.
• Contribute to FAQs and internal feedback loops to improve processes.
• Use Intercom to manage tickets and feedback improvements to the team.
