RLDatix is seeking a UK-based, fully remote Customer Success Manager to join the UK&I Customer Success team. You will build strong, trusted relationships across cohort-based and enterprise segments, owning day-to-day success engagement, account health, adoption planning, customer sentiment and proactive risk management.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Services to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to steady-state success and manage renewal readiness, driving

Formación

• 3–5+ years in Customer Success, account management or SaaS roles.
• Experience managing relationships, adoption activity and value outcomes.
• Proficient with CRM systems and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Healthcare/health-tech exposure desirable, NHS/public sector experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships across UK&I to drive satisfaction, retention, adoption and advocacy.
• Use insights and data to improve adoption and customer outcomes.
• Communicate product roadmaps and migrations to align with customer goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Services to ensure smooth transitions and renewal readiness.
• Identify and manage challenging customer situations to protect long-term relationships.
