Hometree is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our remote-friendly team. You’ll handle inbound queries across phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp, ensuring quick resolutions and a high standard of service for homeowners and partners.

Based in the UK with some monthly office attendance in Peterborough, Stoke on Trent and surrounding areas, the role offers £25,000 per year and a structured progression path within our expanding energy services business.

Qualifications

• 12–18 months experience in customer service.
• Desire to work closely with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Maintain high service standards.
• Support customers through claims, repairs, scheduling.
• Understand systems to resolve first contact.
• Build relationships with customers and engineers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Repairs, Escalations, Engineer Network.
• Provide feedback to improve processes.
• Continuously improve skills.
• Update customer accounts accurately.
