CRM Delivery Lead — Enterprise Projects

Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Project Manager in the United Kingdom to lead enterprise CRM initiatives and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage cross-functional teams, governance, and client communications, while driving the project through planning, design, and execution phases. The role requires Salesforce experience, 5+ years of project leadership, and advanced certification in Agile/SCRUM and project management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in project management leading enterprise-scale CRM projects.
• Salesforce experience is required.
• Demonstrated project leadership with responsibility for teams, budget and schedule against a customer or vendor contract.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Director+ level internal and external project stakeholders; negotiation, conflict management, escalations, executive communication and leadership skills.
• Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; with strong communication skills, including remote teams.
• Ability to lead both small and enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings, mentor junior members, and manage project risks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Agile SCRUM Master Certification.
• Project Management Certification (Prince2, APM or PMP).
• Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, Marketing) preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans; monitor and review progress; adjust schedules; resolve issues.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery with governance adherence.
• Track resource utilization and manage against budget and timesheets.
• Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations; plan, track and document status.
• Manage scope changes to keep delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead one or two large projects or several interrelated ones requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Be the primary customer interface; ensure adherence to Salesforce and internal governance.
• Provide project leadership with business acumen and analytical skills; facilitate requirements gathering.
• Create Salesforce technical design documents with Architects and Developers.
• Adopt standardized development lifecycle; identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce technologies.
• Facilitate client and team review sessions; plan end-to-end implementation including QA/UAT.
• Write and review QA and UAT test scripts; manage UAT with end users and sign-off.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders; communicate outcomes of negotiations.
