Job summary

Disability Arts Online Limited is seeking a Creative Producer / Creative Access Manager to work with the Artist and Support Worker team. The role focuses on producing, project management, fundraising and Creative Access Management, with emphasis on securing funding to resource the Artist’s work now and in the future.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with funders and act as a trusted partner to amplify the Artist’s national profile with accuracy and pride.

Qualifications

• Experience leading arts projects and teams.
• Proven ability to secure funding for creative work.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising, write applications and manage funder relationships.
• Act as trusted thinking partner and coordinate access and support work.
• Oversee budgets, contracts and partner communications.
• Coordinate access team and creative collaborators, including recruitment.
• Develop new projects and partnerships and report to funders.
