You will collaborate with designers, analysts, and founders to identify opportunities, run A/B tests, and improve campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, and Google Display Network. This role emphasizes AI-powered creativity, video ads, and performance metrics to deliver

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in creative or performance marketing.
• Experience creating ad creatives for social media and paid acquisition platforms (Meta, Snapchat, GDN).
• Ability to research competitors and adapt successful creative approaches to different audiences.
• Strong analytical skills; base decisions on performance metrics.
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA, ROAS.
• Experience using AI-powered creative analysis/generation tools (MidJourney, Higgsfield).
• Experience with video advertising and current formats (UGC, short-form).
• Understanding of performance/growth marketing principles.
• Knowledge of trends across Meta, Snapchat, YouTube Ads.
• Basic copywriting for headlines and ad copy.
• English proficiency at B1+.
• Independence, initiative, adaptability, and proactive testing.

Responsibilities

• Creative concept development and testing across angles and formats.
