Job summary

Frontify is seeking a Creative Developer to bring ideas to life through thoughtful, high-performing digital experiences. You’ll work with designers, copywriters, and marketers to turn concepts into live campaigns and integrations.

You’ll own projects from start to finish across frontend and backend, translate Figma concepts into accessible web experiences, and help set coding standards for the team. This role supports a remote-first approach with optional London office days.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in development, across frontend and backend.
• Experience with collaborating with creative teams (design/brand/content).
• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills, plus backend language exposure (Node.js, Python, PHP).
• Hands-on experience with automated workflows (Zapier or scripts).
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pages, templates, and components in Webflow.
• Develop and customize HubSpot assets (landing pages, emails, forms, modules).
• Connect Webflow, HubSpot, and other tools via APIs and webhooks.
• Design and maintain automated workflows for marketing and creative teams.
• Transform Figma designs into responsive, accessible web experiences.
• Collaborate with designers to shape ambitious, technically achievable ideas.
• Write clean, well-documented code and help set team standards.
