Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for remote, worldwide collaboration. You will assess AI-generated designs across graphic, video, and UI/UX domains, providing high-quality feedback and detailed annotations to improve AI training data.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in related creative fields, proficiency with industry tools, and strong English communication. This is a contractor role with flexible scheduling and global collaboration.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related fields.
Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work such as data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural/Milanote.
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI outputs.
Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tools.
Assess composition, typography, layout, motion, and user experience.
Meet project timelines and follow guidelines.
