• Proven experience handling your own caseload.
• Strong ability to draft points of dispute.
• Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
• Excellent communication, organisation, and research skills.
• A meticulous approach adhering to guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload including schedules of costs and bills of costs.
• Negotiate settlements on complex adverse costs claims.
• Take ownership of files from start to finish.
