Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar insolvency role focused on contentious work.
• Strong working knowledge of the Insolvency Act 1986.
• Proficiency in IPS Cloud or similar case management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monetise contentious insolvency claims.
• Liaise with directors, legal partners, and funders.
• Handle a portfolio of contentious insolvency cases.
• Negotiate settlements and oversee litigation strategies.
• Contribute to internal claims management procedures.
