Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar insolvency role, focusing on contentious work.
• Proven ability to manage contentious insolvency claims from start to finish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage contentious insolvency claims for a portfolio.
• Liaise with stakeholders including solicitors and funders.
• Negotiate settlements and oversee litigation strategies.
