Job summary

OAG is seeking a Corporate Counsel to review and negotiate a wide range of agreements across the corporate structure, maintaining speedy turnarounds for standard contracts. You will be a trusted advisor to the sales organisation and the broader business, balancing legal risk with commercial pragmatism.

Qualifications

Strong commercial transactional experience with enterprises of all sizes, including governmental entities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain legal requirements succinctly to non-legal colleagues.
Ability to balance legal risk with sound business judgement.

Responsibilities

Own commercial drafting end-to-end: Draft, review and negotiate contracts and amendments with fast turnaround targets.
Negotiate supply chain, manufacturing, and technology partnership agreements.
Develop and implement legal efficiencies to improve contracting processes, including AI-assisted review tooling.
