OAG in Luton, United Kingdom, seeks a Corporate Counsel to review and negotiate a wide range of agreements across the group. You will act as a trusted advisor to the sales organisation, balancing legal risk with commercial judgment and working under the Director of Legal.

The role requires strong transactional experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of data protection, AI, privacy, and information security.

Formación

• Strong commercial transactional experience with enterprises of all sizes, including domestic and international government sales.
• Excellent communication skills to explain legal requirements simply to non-legal colleagues.
• Working knowledge of data protection, AI, privacy, and information security.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and amendments across the OAG group for fast turnarounds.
• Negotiate supply chain, manufacturing agreements, and technology partnerships including revenue share models.
• Develop legal templates, playbooks, and guidelines using AI-assisted contract review tooling.
• Deliver training on sales and contract processes for regional sales teams.
• Manage corporate registrations, filings, governance compliance, and insurance matters.
