AAC is seeking an experienced COO to shape the organisation with day-one ownership while leading a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will steer structure, hiring, budgets and priorities, standardise tools, set planning cycles, and develop directors while ensuring compliance across countries.

The role emphasizes strong operational leadership, effective change management, and building scalable processes to support rapid growth and mission impact.

• You've built simple, proportionate systems that keep an organisation organised.
• You track where time goes and reassign work as priorities shift.
• You have a track record of delivering across teams using technology, AI or automation.
• You've helped managers step up into new roles and set management standards.
• You can read budgets and funding restrictions and allocate resources.
• You can present complex information to a CEO or board with clear trade-offs.
