An established and highly regarded residential conveyancing team is looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to support its continued growth. This is a fully home-based role, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to handle a varied caseload as part of a supportive and forward-thinking legal team.
This opportunity is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer who is confident managing their own files and committed to delivering excellent client service.

The Role
You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion. Matters will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You’ll liaise directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
