Our client is a reputable claimant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with 0-3 years PQE to join their Plymouth office. This is primarily a remote working role with occasional attendance for training twice a year.

Your new role

Handling your own caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial, including litigated and pre-litigated claims, of a fast and multi-track nature. Assisting senior team members with more complex, higher-value clinical negligence cases.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0-3 years PQE. Experience assisting on clinical negligence matters is essential. Experience handling your own claimant clinical negligence caseload is beneficial.
